This is “Main Theme” from the side-scrolling action game “Yoshi’s Crafted World”(2019 NS) developed by Good-Feel and published by Nintendo.
This is composed by Kazufumi Umeda.

In “Yoshi’s Crafted World”, players explore a world designed to look like it’s made from arts and crafts, defeating enemies and solving puzzles on the way to the goal. A key feature is the ability to explore each stage from both the front and back sides, uncovering hidden items and secrets.

This song is used right after the game starts, on the screen where you select a Yoshi.
